Cancellation policy

Subscriptions
When you choose a subscription, your order is renewed automatically at the frequency you selected, and the payment method you used at checkout is charged on each renewal date. Subscription orders always ship free.

Cancel any time
There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. You can cancel, pause, skip a delivery or change the frequency at any time in your customer account at rahygge.ee, or by emailing info@rahygge.ee with your order number.

Timing
To avoid the next charge, cancel or make changes before your next renewal date. Orders that have already been charged and shipped are not affected by a cancellation, but our Refund Policy still applies to them.

Price changes
If the price of a subscription product changes, we will email you before your next renewal. You can cancel before the new price takes effect.
