What is Ra Hygge?

Ra Hygge makes functional mushroom coffee, alcohol free mushroom extracts, mushroom powders and mushroom teas. Everything is organic and made from mushroom fruiting bodies. The coffee is low in acidity with a smooth taste, roasted in Sweden. See the full range:

What is functional mushroom coffee?

It is real roasted coffee with 2% double extracted mushroom fruiting body extract, about 280 mg per cup. It still tastes like coffee, the mushroom adds a soft umami depth. Thanks to the after roast treatment the pH is up to 6.0, so the cup is gentler on the stomach.

Which mushroom suits me?

In short: lion's mane for focus and concentration, cordyceps for energy and endurance, chaga for cell protection and immunity, shiitake and maitake for immunity and nourishment, tremella for beauty and hydration, reishi for calm and sleep. Does the coffee contain caffeine?

Yes, the mushroom coffee is real Arabica and contains caffeine like regular coffee. By people's experience, the functional mushroom extract balances the overstimulating effect of caffeine. The mushrooms themselves contain no caffeine, so the liquid extracts and powders are caffeine free. The teas Hygge Harmony, Inspired Spirit, Moody Blues and Spice It Up are caffeine free too.

What is the difference between coffee, liquid extract, powder and tea?

Coffee: 1 to 2 cups a day, the mushroom is already inside. Liquid extract 100 ml: 1 to 3 ml a day in coffee, tea or water, about 33 servings, alcohol free. Powder 40 g: half a teaspoon (about 690 mg) in a drink or food, about 57 servings. Tea: 16 bags, 2% mushroom extract in every blend.

Do the extracts contain alcohol?

No. The extract is made with hot water and alcohol and the alcohol is removed completely at the end. 100 ml bottle, extract ratio 12:1, at least 30% polysaccharides.

How do I use the extract and how long does a bottle last?

Shake the bottle and add 1 to 3 ml to coffee, tea, cacao or water. The recommended daily amount is 3 ml, one bottle lasts about 33 days. After opening keep it in the fridge and use within 45 days. A food supplement is not a substitute for a varied diet. If you take medication, are pregnant or breastfeeding, ask your doctor first.

How soon will I notice results?

Results build over 2 to 8 weeks of consistent use. In the first week we recommend starting with half the dose. Functional mushrooms are a long term habit, not a quick fix.

How do I brew the coffee?

14 g of coffee per cup or 7 g for one espresso. Suits espresso machines, moka pots, filter coffee and the French press. Grind the beans just before brewing. We recommend 1 to 2 cups a day.

Do you have Nespresso capsules?

Yes, the lion's mane coffee capsules fit Nespresso® Original machines, 10 capsules per pack, each with 250 mg of double extracted lion's mane. The capsules are compostable.

Can I get coffee as a subscription?

Selected products have a subscription option on the product page. We are happy to help you choose a product and frequency.

Can I take the extract during pregnancy, with medication or give it to a child?

The extracts are food supplements and not suitable for children or during pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you take medication, ask your doctor first. We can pass your question on to our team.

A product is out of stock. Can I still order?

Yes. If a product is not in stock, the product page says "Available: 2-3 weeks" and you can order right away. We ship as soon as the goods reach our warehouse and keep you updated in the meantime.

Which payment methods can I use?

At checkout you can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, UnionPay), with PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay or Google Pay, or through online banking (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, LHV, Coop Pank). You can also spread the cost: pay next month (from 30 €), pay in 3 parts (from 75 €) or hire purchase (from 100 €). The options shown depend on your country and order total. All payments are secure and encrypted.

Delivery

How much is delivery and how fast does it arrive?

Free delivery on orders from 69.99 €. In Estonia a DPD parcel locker costs 2.60 €, in Latvia 3.72 € and in Lithuania 4.34 €. The exact price and delivery time are shown at checkout after you enter your address. Products in stock ship quickly, products marked "2-3 weeks" ship when they are in stock.

Do you ship abroad?

Yes, we ship to most European countries, including Finland, Sweden, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. The price depends on the country and is shown at checkout.

Where is my order?

Please send us your order number (e.g. #1380) and the email you ordered with. When the parcel ships you get an email with a tracking code. If you have not received it, our team will check, Mon to Fri 9 to 17.

Returns and issues

How do I return a product?

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving it, the product must be unused and in its original packaging. In the EU you also have a 14 day right of withdrawal. Food products and opened products are generally not returnable. Please send your order number and the reason, and we will take it from there.

My parcel arrived damaged or I received the wrong product.

We are sorry! Please send your order number and, if possible, a photo of the product and packaging. Our team will sort it out (a new product or a refund).

I want to change or cancel my order.

We can certainly help. Please send your order number and what you want to change. If the parcel has not shipped yet, we can usually make the change.

Where to buy

Can I buy your products in stores?

Yes. Selected Selver stores and Delice carry lion's mane, reishi and tremella coffee. Biotheka in Tallinn and Tartu carries the alcohol free extracts. Also Väike Uba and BOPP in Tallinn. The full range is in the online store.
